A new CD collection has been released. Called the Sarah Edelman CD Ultimate Collection, it is a grouping of all of the Australian Psychologists Sarah Edelman relaxation, and mindfulness meditation CDs. It has 5 CDs covering sujects like Anxiety, Sleeping and more.
